It was a wonderful experience for Mystical Connections to conduct a Meditation and Sound Healing session at Vidya Bhumi Public School, Chhindwara.

The session created a peaceful space for students to pause, breathe, relax and experience the power of mindfulness and sound vibrations. Through guided meditation and Sound Healing, participants were introduced to simple practices that can support calmness, awareness, focus and emotional well-being.

We believe that wellness is an important part of education, and introducing Meditation and Sound Healing in schools can give young minds a meaningful opportunity to connect with themselves and develop mindful habits.
